Our products are precious and very sensitive.

Unfortunately and without exception, Asal Yemen does not accept returns or exchanges of any perishable or food items. Purchases of objects may be returned if in pristine, unused condition with original packaging. Please contact us directly for authorization of the return and to obtain an approval code before shipping. Once the approval code is received, goods must be received by Asal Yemen within 15 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.
